This "Big Oli" is believe to have originated from the West Sussex area
This is a Lend Lease tractor, sent over during WW2 to assist with the war effort, it would have been used as a threshing tractor and fitted with a winch to assist moving the box
The tractor benefits from electric start, a touch of the button and it fires up with that big Oli growl
The tinwork is an older restoration and has mellowed in nicely with a nice aged patina
The rear tyres are very good with a few very minor age related cracks, the fronts do have some cracking but are up and hold air fine
The clutch and brake work fine, the steering is also good with the earlier lower steering column
The engine is frost damage free with no mixing of fluids, the oil pressure gauges goes to half way when started but is the original and I cannot read the lb pressure
Both side panels are on the tractor but one of the 4 clasps is missing, these are readily available
The manifold is good with no blowing
The magneto was reconditioned a couple of years ago by Donaghmore in N. Ireland
I have no paperwork for the tractor sadly
A really nice big threshing tractor that do not come to the market often
