This little tractor has been unearthed from a barn, it was dismantled a long time ago, re assembled a few years ago and stored in a private collection
The tractor is a correct wartime David Brown, it still retains its original handbook and buff logbook, showing its Isle of Ely registration
The tractor also retains its original twin drain tap engine that is crack free!
It starts on the handle within a couple of pulls and runs well on both fuels with the oil indicator plunger staying out
The tinwork is original, the nosecone looks to have had a light coat of red oxide a very very long time ago
The tractor steers nicely, the clutch and brake also works fine
This is a time warp very original tractor ready to be enjoyed even down to retaining the original seat cushion set
I have the original serial plate for the tractor
The only two faults i can pick are the wheels have gone a bit thin in a few places and the water pump leaks ( I have filled it with grease and it is getting better )
