1943 International W4

1943 International W4 Tractor

This little W4 has been residing in Shropshire and was supplied by Johnsons Garage in Hereford so hasn't travelled far in its life
 
This is a UK Lend Lease TVO W4 tractor
 
The tractor has a reconditioned magneto and brand new tyres all round, the rears being Good Year Diamonds
 
The tractor starts within a couple of pulls of the handle and runs exceptionally well
 
The oil pressure is excellent and the tractor is full of antifreeze with no mixing or frost damage
 
The tractor drives nicely down the road with a good clutch, good brakes and nice steering
 
The tinwork is lovely and original with a nice aged patina to it
 
The magneto side of the engine looks to have had a light coating of paint at some point, all part of its history
 
I have no paperwork for the tractor, the serial tag is in place and the number plate so this would need applying for
 
I took the tractor for a short drive today around the farm and it drove beautifully
