This little grey fergie has been with the previous custodian for 20 years where it was a regular visitor to the rally scene around Hampshire
The tractor was recommissioned last year with quite a few upgrades before being parked up
The tractor starts and runs well, it has been fitted with electronic ignition and an alternator as well as push button start for reliability
The oil and water are where they should be with no mixing of fluids, the tractor runs nicely on petrol (although it has a twin tank and tvo manifold it has been run on petrol only)
The oil pressure sits at half way when cold and when hot on tick over drops off as they all do
The tractor was fitted with new rear tyres and new front tyres and rims a few years ago, although the rears have a few very very minor crazing these do not require any attention
The tractor charges as it should and gets upto temperature nicely and sits bang on halfway on the gauge
The clutch is smooth, all gears select well and it drives nicely down the road, the brakes are a little slow so will want adjusting up once it has bed in a little more
The tinwork is nice and presentable, I have the v5 here in hand
The hydraulics go up and down as they should, the PTO engages correctly although the lever has a habit to spring to the up position unless held down
A great little Fergie ready to be enjoyed by its new custodian
