1953 Ferguson TEF20
Just arrived is this charming little diesel grey fergie
Direct from a long standing small holding in Herefordshire the tractor has had some work done recently to bring it back upto scratch
The engine starts up within a few turns hot or cold and runs well without breathing or excess smoke and has good oil pressure
The engine is frost damage free and there is no mixing of fluids
The steering feels nice with a little play but it drives well on the road, selects all gears nicely, clutch is fine and the brakes will lock the wheels
The tractor has recently had a set of good second hand rear BKT tyres with new tubes, new steering wheel along with some other jobs
The tractor charges the battery as it should
The serial tag is in place but there is no record of it ever being registered, this is an easy task should you wish through the Ferguson Club
The hydraulics go up and down and the PTO engages as it should
The tinwork is nice and original with a charming patina, there is a little grot in one of the bottom wings but you wouldn't change it
A nice little diesel fergie ready to be enjoyed
