1954 Ferguson TEF20

Just arrived is this charming little diesel T20

The tractor starts well from cold and runs well, there is no frost damage or mixing of fluids

The engine pulls hard and doesn't breathe, it maintains excellent oil pressure of 40lb and dropping to 25lb when hot on tickover, this is after an hour run

I have done a few miles on this bumbling around the lanes for a good hour and a half and the tractor is superb, it drives well, pulls hard, all gears select well, clutch and steering are good

The rear tyres are excellent, as new, the fronts have a few minor age related cracks but nothing needing addressing here

The tractor has the v5 here in hand

The tinwork is lovely and straight with no rot, it has a lovely mellowed appearance

The tractor even charges!

A very charming T20 ready to be enjoyed

The only thing I can fault slightly is the brakes could do with adjusting up, they are a little lazy, they stop you on the road but need adjusting up
