1955 David Brown Tugmaster - RAF

Here's something a bit special, a lovely Tug, based on the Super Cropmaster and with an original David Brown Cab

The tractor started life in London with its registration and is taxed as a Crown Vehicle, it was RAF

The tractor is straight petrol with a standard clutch, 4 speed and a huge Boughton Winch

The tractor starts instantly and runs very smoothly and quietly

The tractor is full of antifreeze and there is no frost damage or mixing of fluids

All the lights, horn and charging system works as it should, it even has brake lights, it even has a working speedometer.

The tractor weighs 2.7ton on the weighbridge so is not the heaviest of the Tugs

The cab is original as there is one photographed in Stuart Gibbards book

I took this to Goodwood Revival last week where it created huge amounts of interest

A lovely tractor ready to be cherished, these rarely come on the open market
