1956 Ferguson TEF20

This little diesel T20 has had an easy life, originating from Nottinghamshire, the NN registration is still painted on the tractor

The tractor itself starts up instantly with no heat and no excess fuel, there is no mixing of fluids, no frost damage and the tractor sounds very sweet

The oil pressure starts high and drops down when hot as is normal, the tractor charges as it should, it has recently had a set of new hoses and antifreeze

All 4 tyres and tubes are brand new, fitted last week at great expense

The clutch is smooth and operates correctly, the brakes want balancing up once bed in as one axle seal was gone (now addressed)

The tinwork is lovely with that ages patina, there are a couple of battle scars as to be expected

There is very little corrosion on the tractor castings, the serial plate is attached and the best I have seen

The hydraulics and PTO work as they should

The tractor drives nicely down the road with nice steering

Sadly there is no paperwork for the tractor so this will need applying for, the tractor has been sat a while and could do with a days work as when it is hot it breathes a little out the breather

A cracking original Ferguson ready to be enjoyed
